Bart Boting, founder of Orange and Blue Services, launched his recruitment business four and a half years ago with no prior agency experience—just a strong drive and a solid background in manufacturing. Drawing on his industry knowledge, Bart carved out a niche in tech operator recruitment, expanding the business to handle both permanent and temporary placements. His proactive approach paid off, with revenues surging as Orange and Blue Services quickly established a reputation in the sector.
Despite his success, Bart soon felt exhausted, stretched too thin by handling all areas of the business himself. Personally, he paid the cost, experiencing frequent stress and constant overthinking. “I was the chief of f*cking everything officer,” Bart recalls, describing his juggling act of running operations, managing clients, sourcing candidates, and supervising his virtual assistants. “I was making really good revenue, but I didn’t have any rest,” he admits.
That’s when Bart came across videos from Centred Excellence. Hearing other recruitment owners share their incredible success stories, he realised the expertise he needed was out there.
